1. BOOKINGS
All bookings are made through the Booking Center in Cambodia.
2. PAYMENT
The invoiced tour price is payable at the latest 3 weeks prior to arrival of the customer (start of journey) or as agreed upon prior to booking. Payment shall be made in US, into the account specified in the invoice.
3. SERVICES AND MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
The scope of contractual services rendered by Key Travel (Cambodia) is as set out in the valid confidential tariff and the specifications in the relevant tour confirmation. Any amendments to and modifications of contractual services only apply when confirmed in writing by Key Travel (Cambodia).
4. CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the day that written cancellation is received at the Cambodia Booking Center as follows:
22 to 30 days before arrival date - 10% of tour price
8 to 21 days before arrival date - 20% of tour price
1 to 7 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price
no show fee - 100% of tour price
Special cancellation fees may apply if specified in the quotation. In addition, Key Travel (Cambodia) may claim losses exceeding the flat rate cancellation fee, whenever proof of such loss can be provided. In such instances, the client is entitled to furnish proof to Key Travel (Cambodia) that no loss has yet occurred or that it is considerably lower than the excess amount charged. Key Travel (Cambodia) is entitled to pass on additional costs to the client if charged for by service providers (e.g. fees for unoccupied beds / seats).
5. WARRANTY
Key Travel (Cambodia) is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond Key Travel (Cambodia) control.
6. VALIDITY, GENERAL CONDITIONS
The stated prices apply according to the validity specified in the quotation. If passport, visa, customs, health or currency provisions of individual countries are not met by the passenger and thus preventing him or her to participate in the journey, Key Travel (Cambodia) may charge the corresponding cancellation fees to the client
If Key Travel (Cambodia) agrees to arrange for visas and/or similar documents, it acts on behalf of the client. Any risks due to the refusal of the respective government to issue such documents shall be borne by the organizer alone.
Should any clause or provision of this tourist travel contract become void or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining contract shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
The place of jurisdiction for actions brought against Key Travel (Cambodia) shall be the location of the responsible operation office.
